Andranik Vardanyan, born in 1982 in Yerevan, Armenia, began his artistic training at the School of Art named after H. Danielyan and later continued his studies at the Armenian State Pedagogical University named after Kh. Abovyan, where he received his Master’s degree in Painting and Graphics in 2009.
His artworks are based on the exploration of the subconscious mind and the dynamic relationship between inner perception and external reality. In the realm of surrealism, he propels the intangible into time, creating symbolic images.
Three of Vand’s works have been exhibited at the XV Florence International Biennale (2025) and the IX Tashkent International Biennale of Contemporary Art (2022).
